For Authors.

The journal’s editorial board ensures compliance with the principles of confidentiality, privacy protection and copyright during the acceptance, processing, peer review and publication of scientific materials. Particular attention is paid to the protection of authors’ personal data: its processing and other actions provided for by law are carried out exclusively based on consent provided by authors. The manuscripts submitted by the authors are considered with strict adherence to confidentiality. By submitting the materials to the editorial board, authors entrust the results of their scientific work, which may be significant for their professional reputation and academic career. Accordingly, the editorial board takes all necessary measures to prevent any infringement of authors’ rights and the disclosure of confidential information at any stage of the manuscript review process. Information regarding the author’s identity is not disclosed to the reviewer or any third parties.

For Reviewers.

The journal’s editorial board guarantees the confidentiality of reviewers. Disclosure of information is permitted only in exceptional circumstances, in particular where there is a justified need to prevent misconduct or fraud. In all other situations, the confidentiality of reviewers must be strictly maintained. Information regarding received manuscripts, including their content, the stage of the editorial review process, reviewers’ comments and final editorial decisions, shall not be disclosed to third parties, with the exception of authors, reviewers and cases provided for by law. The editorial board assumes that manuscripts submitted for review are authors’ private intellectual property The members of the editorial board and reviewers are obliged to respect authors’ rights, not to discuss the content of submitted works publicly, and not to use the ideas set out therein until the time of official publication. Reviewers are not permitted to copy manuscripts or pass them on to any third parties. After submitting their reviews, reviewers must destroy or return all copies of the manuscript. The editorial board does not retain copies of rejected materials. Reviewers’ comments may not be disclosed or published without the consent of the reviewer, the author, and the editorial board. The journal’s editorial board ensures the anonymity of the peer review process for manuscripts submitted for publication. Authors are encouraged to consult the guidelines for authors, which outline the journal’s principles of objectivity and anonymity in the peer‑review process. The identity of the reviewer is not disclosed to the author or to any third parties.
