The journal does not charge any fees for submission, processing, or publication of articles. The waiver policy, also known as an APC waiver in some contexts, applies to all authors without exception, including for articles of third-level higher education applicants of all forms of training completed by them alone.
The journal will be grateful for voluntary charitable support, which may be directed toward partially covering operational costs. In particular, such funds may be used to compensate expenses related to DOI assignment for publications, domain name registration, DNS services, provision of a dedicated server IP address, hosting services, as well as server maintenance and website backup.
The amount of charitable support in no way affects the procedure or quality of peer review and publication of articles.
